INTRODUCTION

A Non-Government Organization (NGO) or Civil Society Organization is any Organization not settled by government agreement. They contain the “third sector” of modern society, in addition to the public and private sectors.

A Non-Government Organization or in simple words NGO. That is, generally, formed independently from the government. They are typically nonprofit systems, and many of them are active in humanism or the social sciences.

They can also include clubs and associations that provide services to their members and others. Surveys indicate that NGOs have a high degree of public trust, which can make them a useful proxy for the concerns of society and partners. However, NGOs can also be lobby groups for corporations, such as the World Economic meeting.

How do NGOs operate?

NGOs take up and carry out projects to promote the welfare of the community they work with…..NGOs are run on donations made by individuals, corporations, and institutions. They enlist in fundraising activities to raise money for carrying out the work they do.

Types of NGOs.

There are some different types of NGOs. Who played different kinds of roles above all.

  • Community-Based Non-Governmental Organizations(CBOS). Are those NGOs that target specific communities?
  • Citywide Non-Governmental Organizations.
  • National level Non-Governmental Organizations.
  • International NGOs.

Which kind of rules NGOs must follow?

    • Firstly NGOs should recognize is that all people are born free and equal in dignity.
    • Second one is, rule NGOs has to be sensitive to the Moral value, religions, Customs, Traditions, and Culture of the communities they serve. 
    • Third rule NGOs have to respect the honesty of families and support family-based life.
    • The last one NGOs should respect religious freedom.

Main Functions of NGO?

One of the most important functions of an NGO is to focus on all the issues concerning human rights, Social, Environmental, and advancement because they work to promote and improve the social and political conditions of society on a broad scale.

What is the main purpose of an NGO?

An NGO takes up and executes projects to promote the welfare of the community they work with. And they work to address different concerns and current issues within society. NGOs are not-for-profit bodies which means they do not have any commercial interest.
